Ok after cooling down the Egg from the roll to 325 I stuck some tolapia in that I covered in EVOO then added limon pepper, fresh garlic, Old Bay seasoning, limon juice and taragon all on a foil pan as got to get up at 2:15 am for work and keep clean up quick. Did the same thing with salmon fellet and 3 stuffed salmon fellets I picked up from my butcher today as well as a little aunduie and Petty Jean smoked sausage. Place talopia on a bed of wild rice.
