I saw some mini-looking cuts at the butcher counter, and they ended up coming home with me. Never cooked these before, but saw something from BobS last night that caught my attention. Anyhow, here are some chops from Mary's little lamb. Blackberry is there so you can get an idea of how big (small) they are:

Still have some DP stuff in the little baggies, so I tried some on two of them, and used the old standard seasoning on the other. Here they are from L to R:

Benoit's Cajun/Kosher Salt; DP Redeye Express; DP Swamp Venom.
