I put on two 10.5 lb butts @ 01:15 yesterday afternoon. Did not open the lid till I took them off @ 05:45 AM this morning. Wrapped and packed them in a cooler & brought them to work. They just started on them. They are all pretty quiet but are all smiling. The smiles make you feel real good.

I left the probe to my remote in one. When they opened the cooler @ noon to start it was reading 151.
