I have only been around a couple of months. This is a very busy forum and very interesting reading to learn about my egg and what I can cook with it. This place is great for exchanging ideas to the point it seems almost a cult following. I log on several times a day to see what's new and different to try. I have read that this site is operated strictly by volunteer moderators. I am curious about why the Green Egg Company doesn't contribute to the operation of this forum.
