prime rib

i cooked a prime rib yesterday my company didnt show up i had 4 slices left. i wrapped them and put them in freezer. what is the best way to reheat them i will have them next week. they were very good yesterday i just dont know how they will be next. thanks for any advice

Use the leftover for hash. Chop onions, green peppers and potato into bite size pieces. Chop the prime rib the same way. Saute the potao till almost cook through. Throw in the onions and the peppers and cook till this whole mixture is good and tender. Season with S&P or your favorite seasongs. At the end throw in the prime rib to just heat it up. Fry a couple of eggs and put on top of a serving of hash. Makes for a great meal. Good luck, Tom

AFter they thaw, drop them(bagged) into some warm/simmering water until heated. They won't lose much in the way of flavor, but admittedly, they won't be as good as off the grill, either. HTH.
