I did a spatchcocked chicken last night using The Naked Whiz's recipe over in the cookbook section to the left. 350 direct on an elevated grill. Was done in an hour and was KILLER! Only difference was I did not turn mine over just let it cook with the insides facing the fire. Skin was crispy and meat was juicy. Seasoned liberally with Cavenders Greek Seasoning and a little Tony Chacheres Cajun Spice on both sides.
