nest t-rex takes on godzilla.

tried the t-rex method for wings. and they came out very good. only thing i did was finish them off with different sauces. nevertheless, the method and the base seasoning was very verry good. give it a try.

i suppose though the only downside is the time required to prep and finish. hard to cook additional wings when the troops are clamoring for more unless of course you have one of tom's adjustable rigs.
