Can't find the 3/1/1 rib recipe and have already started the fire. Help please!

Just cook the ribs at about 250* indirect for three hours (3)
Remove and wrap with heavy aluminum foil, return to Egg at 250* for one hour (1)
Remove foil and cook direct at 250* for one additional hour, saucing for the last 30 minutes or so (1)
Like fallin' off a barstool. :P -
