Buying rib cuts in Atlanta, GA

saw a program on GPTV called BBQ University - and want to try out some rib ideas I saw there - I am a novice and they talked about some cuts I was not familiar with and have not seen in stores - like St Louis cuts, etc. Where is a good place in Atlanta to get various cuts of good ribs to play around with on the BGE?

Try going to any number of Butcher shops that are around metro atl. You could try harry's farmers market located near the BIG CHICKEN

I cant remember what site I saw it, but it showed how to do it. Buy a full size spare rib. Trim the top scecton off to make it all the same hight. cut the meat flap off. Now you have St. Louis. I cook the whole spare rib myself.
