I can not stop making paellas.
Two a week.

I did this with pizzas, and chili, and Chinese food too.

Am I alone here? I have to think some of you will find a new thing, and go 120% into it until it becomes boring.
Is there a 12 step for this?

I jest, but the paella cooks on...

    Once I modified a scampi recipe I really liked that was easy. I couldn't quit cooking it. I guess yes.

    I follow the 4 step program.
    Light, cook, eat & post pic's till the lump runs out or sombody posts another great cook. Then repeat the process. Wife is mad I dont eat the leftovers cause I want to cook it again. Neighbors love me. :)
