Went to Sams and got a take & bake pizza. Added some leftover pork loin and sliced up some onions....came out pretty good. Is this considered cheating? LOL

My 4 year old loves those as her 'Friday treat'. Have tried to get her onto dad's home made crust. No luck.

I do NOT consider this cheating. In fact, am going to try it this week when I next get the egg going for wheel. Hadn't even thought about it until this post. Thanks.

By the by, did you cook it on that cookie sheet in the pic or on a stone?

As long as you cook it on the egg, it's not considered cheating. However, that guy who cooked his whole chicken in that 'Set it and Forget It' cooker did cheat. OH wait!!! That was me! Never mind.

I buy Sam's pizza crust balls, as well as Mama Mary's pizza crust. I use them when I don't have time to make my own dough.
I think Sam's has a great crust. Nothing fancy; just good.

I did a 16" pizza on a 14" stone....that way I can get that nice 1" burn all around the edge LOL. The cookie sheet is just my pizza peel (sp).
