pork chops

i cooked some pork chops today with gordons grub rub that someone mention some time ago so i ordered some and thought i would try it on some pork chops. i have to tell you it is a sweet spice and they were great. i cooked them indirect at 350-375 for 25min. then flip cook another 20min.
