Can't change my password

When I edit my profile to change my password it displays a message saying something like "The email address is already being used. If you forgot your password request a new one." This is after I have successfully logged on using the system generated password that was emailed to me, or it appears to have successfully logged on. I received an email with a hyoerlink to verify my email, but neither the hyperlink nor cutting and pasting it into IE seems to get me where I need to be. Basically I cannot change my profile settings.

    You had an old profile, "Grillicious", which used the same email address as your current one. The old system did not allow a profile to be edited; so, changes like this resulted in two profiles being created, possibly with the same email address, which is no longer permitted.

    I've disabled the old profile and changed the email address to something invalid. You should be able to modify your profile now. Give it a go.
