Fingerling potatoes, quartered then tossed in extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, sage, thyme, minced garlic and sea salt, then grilled direct in a "grill wok" at 300 deg F dome temp, tossing every 10 minutes and mopping with the mixture that was left in the bowl. So far so good! After they're finished I'm doing two flank steaks. They're marinating now. More pics later!
