I am getting ready to make some jerky and was wondering what smoking wood, if any, you would recomend, also what temp. would you use. Thanks Bucky

Hi Bucky,
I have used Jack Daniels chips and apple wood chunks. Cherry is good as well. I try to maintain around 160-175.
