coffee encrusted pork tenderloins?

When eating the finished product, are the coffee grounds hard when chewing them?

  • You do need to grind the coffee really fine if you want to avoid the problem of coarse grounds. I'd say to grind the beans by themselves if you are going to mix things up in a grinder.
