So, what's everyone cooking for the LSU and that other team game tonight? You should be cooking some shrimp or gumbo or crawfish or jambalaya or boudin or etoufee or something like dat. 'cause dat's gonna be what dem LS&U Tigers gonna be eat'n when the game is over and done wiff.

Got me 1/2 boneless pork lion butterflied rubbed down with rosemary,six cloves garlic,evoo,kosher salt and pounded it all up in a mortar.Smeared it all over the inside and tied it up then put Shakin The Tree all over the outside and has been the fridge since 10;00 am.Sweet taters go on first followed by the pork 30 minutes later.Tossed salad on the side along with Sam Adams Winterfest..Then time for a 45 minute cat nap.

I haven't been able to get Natureboy's Chuck roast out of my head since i saw it yesterday. Went and got a 3 1/2 lb one, and it's on the egg as we speak. I hope it comes out close to his did! That with some taters and carrots will make a fine meal for us 2night

Got ribs on now ,still working with my small egg ,had bad leak in lid hope it works better '
and longer this time ,And did EGG icecream once !!!
