For lunch today we had a recipe from Steve Raichlen - Sesame Ginger butterflied leg of lamb.
I haven't got the butterfly thing down yet and wound up with two pieces but nobody complained.
This was my best lamb to date, pretty darn good.

    That looks fantastic! I've been thinking about doing a legg of lamb. We have a Steven Raichlen cookbook. If that recipe is in I may have to try that. If it isn't, may have to find it!

    Salad, rice and gravy, brussel sprouts with cheese sauce.
    I'm into high fat low carbs.
