Just put a butterflied leg of lamb in the frig to marinate over night. I am using Steve Raichlen's recipe for Sesame-Ginger Leg of Lamb. Guess that means I can't share the recipe.
I have only cooked two leg of lambs and they have been good but not as good as I want them to be. I haven't hit the wow factor yet.
Maybe this will be the one.
For snack tomorrow afternoon before the kids go to church I will have more Wings.
I am on a quest for the perfect wing recipe, and that means I have to try every recipe I can find so send me all you got.
