Still testing this forum, and my paella pan. My daughter knows the word paella now and actually asked for some at snack time.
This is another one from the book 'Paella!' ordered from latienda.com
I'm having fun with these and am toying with making a few at Waldorf Eggfest for something different. Of course that would be a good excuse to buy a 2nd pan. hehehe

Nice. I did mine with brown rice and it was just okay. I need to get some real spanish rice.
