pork rib suggestions wanted

O.K., here's what I have, 1 slab pork spare ribs (not babybacks) and a big jug of apple juice. How about I soak the ribs in apple juice overnight and cook indirect tomorrow. Suggestions please.

  • New Bob, I don't know about the apple juice, but go low and slow. I know it is cheating but when doing spares I use Adolphs meat tenderizer on both sides.
