<p />Well it's almost fried. They came out really crispy but I won't do them this way next time. Nope, santa brought me the rack to hold the legs and wings off the grate so I don't have to turn them.[p]I'll post pics when I use them![p]aloha,[p]Greg

Yum!!! I love drumsticks on the egg - I just don't make them often enough![p]I made a big batch of guava smoked teriyaki jerky for Christmas - it turned out great!! I am finally getting near the end of my box 'o wood, so I'll be ordering more soon!

I've been doing wings and legs in the hanging rack, direct on a raised grid. They come out very crispy without any turning. -RP
