i'm making my first fattie right now....i stuffed it with green peppers, smoked pepper jack cheese and some onions.... the darn thing cracked and is leaking.... will it be ok? i'm smoking it at 250....what internal temp should i yank it out at? thanks! rr

i just pulled my first fatty(sounds weird eh? lol).... this thing is fantastic!.... i'm hooked.... i'm going to have to make another batch of fresh sweet italian sausage this week...i pulled it at 160.... except where the crack is .... the filling is perfect!...thanks to you and the other folks on here for providing the inspiration... ( not only the fatties).... ray..... ps nice slide show!
