Prime Rib Hot Line?????

Got a 70$ hunk of prime rib roast to cook Mad Max style per our local egg distributor. Will there be a emergency number for us newbees on xmas day?

GEEZ! C'mon, give the guy a break. If you read his message he had already determined he was going to cook it by the Mad Max Rib method. He was joking around asking if there was a "Rib Roast Hotline" on Christmas Day like Butterball has "Turkey Hotline" on Thanksgiving Day.
