need advice for Portabella mushroms and asparagus

cooking turkey would like some help on the portabella and asparagus time and method thank you[p]

    Marvelous,
    asparagus is very forgiving and can be cooked at most temps. if they are the fat ones peel the stalk end a bit so they cook uniformly the thins ones are fine with out peeling. cooked slow till limp 10 minutes 325. i ususally cook at higher quicker to get some char, check them and take off as soon as they start to get limp. i drizzle with olive oil first a squeeze of lemon if you want, some pepper and a pinch of sea salt good luck
