Another Safety Tip

Now that winter is truely upon us, it's a good idea to be aware of what you have on your person. Last night I was searing some tri-tips at 700° in my brand spanking new LL Bean nylon shell down jacket. Something in the back of my head said: "Change your coat." Darn good thing, next time I opened the dome to flip the meat (Yes, I burped it 4 times and vented) whoose! I was standing off to the side and wearing gloves, but if I still had that down jacket on old Kelly here would have been doing the "Stop, Drop and Roll" dance. No damage done to me personally but there sure could've been![p]Kelly Keefe
