Gotta cook 4 at the same time on my XL this Saturday - looking for a good rub and any other tips...[p]Thanks in advance

Egg Dawg,[p]You can also search the archives but...[p]You can really get by with EVOO, salt and pepper but any rub you would do on a steak will work. I also have used Dizzy Pig Raisin' the Steaks and Cow Lick.[p]Fold over and tie the smaller tip for more even doneness. I sear them at 750+ for a couple of minutes on all sides. Remove from the egg and bring the temp down to 375 - 400. Place back on egg (either direct or indirect..I prefer indirect) and finish to your desired doneness. I pull mine at 130 and rest for 15 minutes+ for a perfect medium rare.
