Something New.......Blue Marlin Ribeye

I found a hot sauce that is new to me. It is by Inner Beauty and is called Blue Marlin Meat and Fish Sauce. It is a tamarind based sauce that says it is great on any food fit for a grill.[p]Tonight we are doing a 1.5 inch thick ribeye seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and this sauce.[p]I bet it is gonna be great.[p]Fritz
