How good is it? The "best chicken ever"

How good did you feel when you heard "best" and your name in the same sentence. I just cooked some boneless skinless breasts to go with tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and rice, and squash. After it was all done my wife stood up and said, "that is the best chicken you've EVER made."[p]WOW! now I wish I had taken pics.

    Kelly,[p]I'm embarassed to say, very little. I used a store bought commercial rub, cinnamon chipotle by Mccormick, sprinkle of kosher salt, and cooked it on the egg between 350-400 until it was done according to my thermapen, I don't remember the temps I pulled it at but it was actually a tad high for "fda guidelines" but you couldn't have told it, still moist.[p]
