got a 10lb port tend, any suggestions, tired of the usual grilling, maybe stuff it with some cheese or something. How long you cook it

    I would try the recipe on the site below... except pull the tenerloin at 150 and double wrap in foil. If you pull at 160 and wrap it will be overdone.[p]Good luck!
    P.S. reduce the amount of Dales the recipe calls for if you don't want it too salty.
