Kids have been begging for Mad Max Turkey since school started. Found a nice looking fresh killed bird at the Amish market in Annapolis. Herbs from Whole foods. Printed out the directions from the Whiz site. Off to buy the wine. Pictures to follow. let the holiday season begin.[p]-mike
