I am a new green egg owner and I am struggling with how to best use it for grilling. How do you cook a 3 lb beef tenderloin?

here is a link to how i do a tenderloin roast. ..just make sure you don't over cook.... and you don't need a cast iron pan to sear it, you can sear it right on the grid if you want. .. .

Haggis, I can't find a recipe for roasting a beef tenderloin on the site or in my book. I'm not sure what temp. to use and how long to cook it.
