I would like instructions on the best way to do a rack of lamb on large BGE.[p]Plate setter?
Drip pan?
Temperature?

    i have heard people say this is really good. i have had macadamia encrusted lamb and it is pretty good i have never tried this recepie

    <p />>> i have heard people say this is really good. <<[p]BENTE, Thanks for the quick helpful response.[p]I ended up using the plate setter legs up, with drip pan, and rack with the BGE at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes. I put some mesquite wood in the firebox along with some soaked rosemary.[p]As displayed by the photo, the rack of lamb turned out very well.[p]. . . . . Pete

    looks great!!! maybe one day i will have enough courage to put that kind of money into dinner.(and someone else to help me eat it)....[p]looks like your dinner was good though better than my tacos (son has to have taco night once a week. i say yuck)[p]
