Today's Chicken

Wanted to thank all of you who chimed in on helping me decide how to do the chicken I did today for my family. I ended up doing bone in chicken breasts, thighs, and legs. Did them direct using a raised grid at 350 for about 85 minutes. Then sauced some of them and left the others alone. They all turned out great, everyone loved them and my dad had me call my BGE dealer on the spot and have him get him a Large. It was a great day and again thanks for all of the help. Someday I'll get my act together and get to post some pix.
