I'll be cooking country style ribs tomorrow and have never done them on the Egg. Anyone have any favorite recipes? I'm thinking 225 indirect for 3-4 hours and then maybe saucing half of the ribs for the last 30 minutes. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.[p]Robert

wrobs,[p]We love those things, and they are always to be had at a good price. I cook them just like pork chops, hot and direct @ 400º, pull them off at 145º internal let rest 5-10 minutes.[p]I've tried the "low and slow" with them and there just wasn't any gain doing it, IMO. Besides, I like a "seared" outside.[p]For a rub - white pepper, sea salt, garlic salt, onion powder, cyanne pepper.
