Tri-Tip recipe and advice needed

Just picked up a couple of nice tri-tips and need advice on how to prep and cook. I am relatively new to the BGE(have a large and soon to get a small) but have "lurked" on the forum for awhile and seem to remember some good tips, but cannot find them now. Please help!
