Just wrapped up an afternoon cook on the egg and thought I'd share some pics.[p]Tried a turkey breast & a couple of fatties for the first time. Snacked on one of the fatties and the rest will be good for breakfast on the run this week.[p]2007Aug19002.jpg[p]Here are the three racks of baby back ribs about to come off after using the 3-1-1 method and just a little glaze of sauce during the last half hour.
