I've been meaning to try cooking a pork chop on the Egg in a cast iron skillet (one of my favorite ways to do a steak).[p]Has anyone else here done this? Should I do it the same way I do steak? (3-4 minutes per side) What about rub or marinade suggestions?

Never done chops in a skillet but I imagine you could the same way you do a steak... as for the rub one of my absolute favorites is a 50/50 mix of DP Dizzy Dust and Raging River.

    Good Eats,
Right on.Do them direct six to eight minutes a side or till you have 140 internal.Tent those puppys up and deglaze those pan drippings for a good finish.

BluesnBBQ, I wonder how the breakfast pork chops, the thin ones, would go over on a skillet cook, egg style. T ACGP, Inc.
