Already cut to single bones about 2" thick and 4 to 5 inches long. I did a search and found only complete sets of ribs cooked at 250* for 5 to 6 hours. Would individual ribs take about 4 to 5 hours at 250*? I have done beef spareribs many times but never back ribs.
