Today's San Diego paper had a good article on kebabs, but it doesn't show up in the online edition. I did find it in the Charlotte Observer, though:[p]http://www.charlotte.com/439/story/200639.html[p]Get hold of some Za'tar, by all means. Middle East food stores have packages of it, and I keep it in the freezer. Make a paste with olive oil and spread it on flatbread before you bake it. OMG!
