with pork ribs I have in my drip pan apple juice and for wood I have apple wood. Have been getting great reviews. but wanted to go for beef..
rub with shake the tree???

Oh my gosh are you serious about pouring Jack Daniels in a drip pan?[p]Don't get me wrong...I do not drink any bourbon(swill) 'cause I'll hurl fer sure....but I can't imagine putting it in a drip pan[p]Try some really cheap red wine[p]Or maybe a beer...high end if thT'S ALL YOU GOT[p]Jan
