Specularius,[p]Looks great. I am doing one tonight. How much did it weigh. Packer or Flat and at what internal did you pull it. Sorry for all the questions but with a little luck and some more knowledge I hope to have success. Also what type of wood did you use.[p]Thanks

It started as a 10.5 pound packer. I didn't add any wood for smoke just used Ozark Oak and pulled at 180 on the polder.
