Second Brisket Cook

I cooked my second brisket on my Large BGE last night. I rubbed it down good with EVOO and then coated with DP Cow Lick. I cooked it plate setter legs up, drip pan, grid, at 225 degrees. I put it on at 6:45 last night and took it off at 12:45 today. It was fantastic.
