To all of the regulars that post great advise and answer so many questions - a big thank you. Cooked off a 10.5lb Butt yesterday to take Pulled Pork to the neighborhodd get together before the fireworks. My first overnighter on the Egg. I used the great information available on this forum, especially Elder Ward's and TNW. Everything went like clockwork. Put it on at 8:00PM Tuesday and took it off 5:00PM Wednesday @ 200. Never opened the dome. Even during the "plateau panic" I could come here to find out I wasn't alone and read words of advise and counseling. I got lots of compliments for the Pork, the biggest being absolutely no left overs. Thanks.
