I opened my beef brisket last night to put the dry rub on, only to find that my butcher had cut the 11 pounder into 4 pieces and sliced off all of the fat !~!!!!!!! I stil rubbed it and started it in the egg this morning. [p]Will it be ok ? Anything i should do ? Add some water to a pan and put it in the egg ?[p]Thanks !!
