I put these on at 1:00 and I am just about to go into the plateau .....hopefully. This cook is taking linger than I expected, the temp is steady around 235-240 but I thought I would have been in the plateau by now....any advice?

    This is making my mouth water, save some of that brisket it looks great!!!!!! probably will cook faster if you don't keep opening the lid to show all the neighbors what you are cooking (lol) best of luck I'll give you a call later.
