What do y'all think is the lower bound for cook time on a fatty? If I cook direct on a raised grid at say, 350-375, how quick could I get them done? Think they'd be any good?[p]On a different, but related, note -- does anyone ever glaze their fatties with sauce near the end of the cook?[p]Matt
