Got a new dutch oven - roast - how long

Hi all,

I just got a 7qt Lodge (already seasoned) dutch oven and would like to cook a Sirloin Tip Roast (Boneless) tomorrow . I have beef broth, carrots and new potatoes to go in, as well. How long can I expect this to take to cook? I was planning on doing indirect at 250 for about 6-7 hours, but not sure if it will take that long...

Any help will be appreciated...

    Sorry, this must have been one of those newbie questions asked a 1,000 times... I am trying out my new Maverick probe, as well as the new dutch oven, so I will let it go until it is ready...
