Stoker Question

My question is this, If I have the grill temp. probe in with a target temp of 220 and I have a food probe in with a target temp of 195, will the stoker confuse the two and keep the fan going thinking the meat probe is the grate probe or does it automatically recognize the grate probe and interface that only with the fan???? I'm paranoid the fan will kick up trying to raise the "grate temp" based on it's thinking the 45' cold meat temp is the grate temp. If it does this, it will burn up everything. Sorry for the basic question but I'm a new "stoker".
