<p />Time to cut the grass but also cook dinner. So, dropped the Jonsonville's on a raised grid indirect with a chunk of cherry and starting mowing. I pushed, trimmed and edged while the wife road, why is it always like that? Anyway, only checked the brats once between trimming and edging. The cool thing is I never touched them: no flips or turns. Very user friendly cook at 325ish dome![p]100_0103.jpg[p]Ok, I flipped 'em once just before pulling 'em off the shoot the picture of the bottom side.
