Loinbacks

Can anyone give me some tip son doing loinbacks in my new Egg? the DVD show babybacks getting done in about 3hrs @ 250, what kind of time differance should i expect with the LB's?

Don from NJ,[p]Meat-cuts often have several names. I believe "loin back" is the more descriptive name for babybacks. They're the ribs positioned near the loin up towards the back, and are often called "baby" because they're smaller than the spares.[p]gdenby
